• Address matters that arise skillfully and promptly dealing with behaviour, attitude, standards and engagement
• Deliver high quality pastoral support to meet pupil needs
• Engage with parents to build and maintain positive relationships
• Maintain excellent records of intervention, supporting the graduated approach to pastoral support
