Abbeyfield School in Northampton is seeking an Assistant Head of Year to support welfare, behaviour, attendance and personal development. You will work with the Head of Year and pastoral team to build positive relationships with students, families and staff.

The role offers a permanent contract, 37 hours a week across 39 weeks per year, with a focus on safeguarding and high expectations. Creative Education Trust supports staff wellbeing and professional development.

• Pastoral support experience with young people and ability to build positive, supportive relationships.
