Job summary

Weston Favell Academy is seeking a dynamic Pastoral Lead to support Year 11 students with daily school life, wellbeing and behaviour. The role focuses on nurturing engagement, mentoring pupils and collaborating with staff to ensure a calm, productive learning environment.
