Job summary

Weston Favell Academy in Northampton is seeking a dynamic Pastoral Lead to support our Year 11 students in their daily school life. You will work with teachers and families to nurture wellbeing, behaviour, and resilience, helping students navigate challenges and stay engaged.

Qualifications

  • Experience in pastoral care or student support.
  • Ability to support Year 11 students in daily school life.
  • Commitment to professional development and CPD.
  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pastoral support for Year 11 students.
  • Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and safeguarding alongside teaching staff.
  • Liaise with families to support student welfare and behaviour.
  • Contribute to planning and delivery of pastoral programmes across the year group.
