Job summary

Greensho​w Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated Pastoral & Inclusion Advisor for Crown Wood Primary School in Bracknell. The role focuses on safeguarding, pupil welfare, and improving attendance while supporting SEND processes and family engagement.

The successful candidate will work within a committed pastoral care team, driving a whole-school approach to removing barriers to learning and ensuring supportive environments for pupils, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a pastoral, safeguarding, or attendance role within an educational setting.
• Direct experience liaising with local authority Children's Social Care, Police, and EWOs.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills to engage with vulnerable families.
