As a Pastoral Manager, you will lead your team to meet the emotional needs of our young people, who often have complex emotional and behavioral needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and SEMH. You will ensure they receive high standards of care by working with families and developing individualized programs, creating a positive environment where each young person can thrive.
You should have experience working with young people with BESD or ASD in educational or care settings, understanding their developmental needs and the importance of pastoral care. Strong listening, motivating skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities are essential to be an asset to our team.
