Job description

As a Pastoral Care Co-ordinator this will mean planning and implementing the kinds of activities that provide the religious support required by our residents. This is a pivotal role to ensure that our residents are receiving the relevant spiritual support.

This role would suit someone who is compassionate and you will be the sort of person who likes to get to know people so that activities can be personalised. Parts of this role will be challenging so it is vital that you are patient and kind.You’ll have great planning, organisational and IT skills and be able to manage your time effectively.

It is desirable that you have a relevant health and social care qualification.
