Job summary

Arthur Mellows Village College in Glinton, near Peterborough, seeks a dedicated Pastoral Assistant and Behaviour Officer to cover maternity leave from September 2026. This is a term-time role (plus 5 training days) running 35 hours per week, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm with an unpaid lunch break, to support student welfare and behaviour across the campus.

• Support all aspects of student welfare within the College.
• Play a leading role as Behaviour Officer within the Behaviour Hub.
• Liaise with parents, track and monitor attendance, support Heads of Year.
