NOCI is on the hunt for a passionate Pasta Chef to bring authentic Italian flair to our kitchen in the United Kingdom, Richmond. You will craft fresh pasta, maintain high standards, and contribute to a lively dining experience.

As a culinary pro with creative flair and strong teamwork, you will mentor junior chefs, uphold kitchen cleanliness, and engage with guests to ensure memorable moments.

Qualifications

• Experience with pasta and Italian cuisine.
• Ability to create and refine pasta dishes with care for texture and flavour.
• Strong attention to prep, plating, and kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh, flavour-packed pasta dishes with consistent quality.
• Keep station clean, organized and safe, following standards.
• Manage ingredients and assist with stock when needed.
• Ensure taste, texture and presentation meet the brief.
• Share techniques with junior chefs and support the team.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to deliver guest-focused moments.
