Key Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Passive Fire Protection Estimator to join our Commercial team.

You will produce accurate quotations for Passive Fire solutions and support both operations and sales by interpreting client requirements and building layouts. The role requires reading site drawings, keeping up to date with legislation, preparing bills of materials, and delivering timely, compliant estimates for Direct and Main Contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating passive fire protection works.
• Ability to compile rates from first principles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer relations and communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Good understanding of industry standards and procedures.

Responsibilities
