Our client is a leading specialist contractor within the passive fire protection industry, delivering high-quality fire safety solutions across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and public sector projects throughout London and the South East.

With an excellent reputation for technical expertise, compliance and exceptional service, they work alongside many of the UK’s leading principal contractors, developers, housing associations and facilities management providers. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Passive Fire Protection Estimator to join their commercial team.

The Role

As a Passive Fire Protection Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of passive fire protection projects. Working closely with the commercial and operational teams, you will review tender documentation, carry out site visits where required and produce detailed cost estimates to support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
