ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD is seeking a part-time, term-time only passenger escort to support children and young people aged 4-25 with SEND during their journeys to and from educational settings. The role focuses on safety, wellbeing and comfort of passengers on each journey.

Applicants must hold an Enhanced DBS check including the Children's Barred List and be available for morning and afternoon shifts Monday to Friday, within the Plymouth area.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check including the Children's Barred List is required.
• Must be available for morning and afternoon journeys (Mon-Fri).
• Live within Plymouth or be able to travel into the Plymouth boundary for vehicle pick-up.

Job description

This is a part-time, term-time only position, supporting children and young people aged 4-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) during their journeys to and from educational settings. The role involves ensuring the safety, wellbeing and comfort of passengers whilst travelling.

This is an urgent request and would appreciate your co operation in this matter.

Have a genuine interest in supporting children and young people with SEND.

Be available for mornings and afternoons journeys (Monday to Friday).

Be available between approximately 7:00am-9:30am and 2:30pm-5:15pm.

Live within Plymouth or be able to travel into the Plymouth boundary for vehicle pick-up.

Hold an Enhanced DBS check including the Children's Barred List.

This is a Part Time role on a temporary contract basis.
