PAS Business Analyst - London Market Insurance | Contract | £600 / day outside IR35 | London (2-3 days a week on-site)

This long-standing, high-growth specialty insurance company operating in the Lloyds Market is searching for a Business Analyst specializing in Policy Admin Systems (PAS) / Workbench Implementations with a good understanding of data platforms. You will join an organization undergoing an exciting modernization phase.

The Role

As the PAS Business Analyst, you will be involved in:

• Business scoping, requirements elicitation, and writing technical specifications for bespoke PAS system implementation.
• Supporting the rollout of the workbench solution, including the bespoke PAS system and connection to the new data platform.
• Data Mapping – Source to Target.
• Defining Business Logic.

You will need excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills. This is a great opportunity to participate in a large-scale IT transformation, including deploying a new PAS system, underwriting workbench, and data platform. Strong stakeholder management skills and an understanding of the complexities involved in such projects are essential.
