Listers Group Limited is seeking an organised Parts Supervisor to support the Parts Manager at our Honda dealership in Northampton. You will oversee day-to-day department operations, liaise with customers and workshop, and contribute to budgeting and stock management.

The role offers development opportunities, on-site parking, a pension and staff benefits. Ideal candidates will have senior parts experience or be ready for their first step into management.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service experience required.
• Ability to liaise, communicate and deliver first-class service.
• Senior parts experience or aspiration to move into management.

Responsibilities

• Department reviews and management.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Supervising staff in the parts department.
• Order taking and order picking.
• Carrying out daily/weekly stock checking.
• Assisting with pre-picking of parts for workshop job cards.
