Arnold Clark Group in Liverpool is seeking a motivated Parts Supervisor to lead our busy Parts department. You will supervise, coach and develop a team, manage stock and drive sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role suits a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment and values teamwork, clear communication, and continuous improvement. This is a full-time position at our Liverpool branch.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Parts role.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork under pressure.
• High standards of numeracy.
• Experience of dealer management and parts catalogue systems.
• Experience and understanding of budgets and KPIs.
• Ability to manage workload and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily activities of the Parts department, ensuring customer service is a priority.
• Coaching and developing staff via one-to-ones and appraisals.
• Proactively monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to meet business goals.
• Working with customers, interpreting their requirements and advising on parts and services.
• Ensuring good communication between staff and customers, internal and external.
• Creating and adhering to a trade marketing structure to promote branch activity.
