About the Role

Who are TPS?

TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. What will you be doing?

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales objectives:

  • Achieve personal KPI’s and revenue targets with target customers
  • Identify parts to meet customer requirements
  • Utilize product promotions to meet targets
  • Identify sales opportunities within the customer base
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitors
  • Build relationships with customers through regular contact
  • Provide excellent customer service and expert advice
  • Communicate credit status timely
  • Support the TPS Centre team for good customer service
  • Work with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
  • Handle calls and inquiries within KPI’s
  • Use systems accurately to search and order parts
  • Complete documentation promptly
  • Process transactions per TPS guidelines

What are we looking for?

  • Proven sales record in building relationships in a B2B environment
  • Confident communicator with experience in fast-paced/telesales environments
  • Passion for customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with drive to meet targets
  • Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
  • IT literate, especially MS Excel
