Job description

We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Newcastle branch.

• Basic Salary from £28,809, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and serving both retail and trade customers.
• Building long-term relationships with local customers.
• Actively promoting offers and customer incentives.
• Reducing credits and returns by accurately ordering and dispatching the correct parts on the first attempt.
• Occasionally assisting in the warehouse with picking or storing products.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant experience in the motor trade is preferred.
• Alternatively, a good understanding of cars and willingness to learn is acceptable.
• Proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local areas and customer base is advantageous.
