Job Description:

The Motorsport Competence Group is looking for a Parts Manager to support our GT projects with daily tasks based out of our workshop in St. Ingbert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of all car components to meet the project schedule and gaining extensive knowledge of the life cycle of GT car parts.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, stores, and freight departments to coordinate parts at the factory.
  • Coordinate the distribution of new and serviced parts to and from our worldwide motorsport events.
  • Support the Test and Race team by assisting with pre-event and post-event activities and documentation.
  • Assist in quantity planning and support necessary departments with maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Qualifications:

  • Technical education with several years of job-specific practical experience.
  • Good understanding of car components, stock management, and parts flow in an industrial environment.
  • ERP and lifecycle system knowledge is essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Work to high standards with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workload according to project demands and remain focused under pressure. Be flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Problem-solving skills and enjoyment in completing challenges in a dynamic team environment.
  • Technical understanding within motorsport is beneficial.
