Lithia UK is recruiting a Parts Manager to lead a busy parts department and maximise profitability while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. The role focuses on driving sales of parts to trade and retail customers and maintaining market share.
The successful candidate will oversee stock levels, overheads, and purchasing efficiency, with a strong emphasis on promotions, budget management, and team development.

The main purpose of the Parts Manager role is to maintain a satisfactory parts service to our internal and external customers whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times. The role will involve leading the department to maximise profitability and achieve business plan targets through seeking opportunities to sell the maximum amount of parts to trade and retail customers, and to actively maintain/ achieve an acceptable market share. This role will require a degree of creative thinking, with the ability to organise sales promotions and identify and purchase more profitable lines in line with the budget available.
