Lithia UK, at JLR Tonbridge, is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee stock, budgets and purchasing for the parts department. The role focuses on delivering customer-ready parts, driving profitability and coordinating a small team.

You will monitor stock levels, control purchases and ensure targets are met, with a package including a company car and extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overheads and stock values to ensure budget is managed and controlled.
• Ensure the sale of all necessary items to support customer requirements.
• Review parts sales on a daily basis to monitor departmental performance and ensure planned gross profit is achieved, taking corrective action as appropriate.
• Control all parts purchases to ensure maximum buying efficiency is in line with company policy and franchise agreements.
• Control levels of parts stock, providing availability of parts to meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining obsolescence at minimum levels.
• Agree and establish clear individual targets for departmental team members to ensure everyone is clear about responsibilities and development opportunities

OTE up to £56,000 plus company car, pension, life assurance, single health care, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

Duties of a Parts Manager:

• To monitor all overheads and stock values to ensure that the budget is managed and controlled.
