Lookers Glasgow Volvo is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Parts Manager to lead a busy Parts Department at the Volvo site in Glasgow. You will deliver excellent customer service and drive parts sales while applying a solid technical understanding of the automotive trade.
The ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving license, have strong communication skills, and maintain meticulous records under pressure.

Salary: Basic £27,500 - £37,500 depending on experience
OTE up to £44,000.
Hours:44 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00 - 18.00

The ideal candidate will have a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade industry is essential.
You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and can easily develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues, the client base and manufacturers. We're looking for someone who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping, is positive & friendly. We're looking for a Parts Manager who demonstrates integrity, discretion and objectivity with the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately.
