Tomcat Motorsport Ltd is seeking an organized individual to manage the Parts Department. This full-time role is based in our office and factory. The primary responsibilities include maintaining and controlling all aspects of parts supply, procurement, management, sales, and updates. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in IT to manage the web shop, website, social media, videos, and related tasks. The key duties are categorized below:

Parts

1. Parts procurement
2. Parts stock control
3. Parts financial entries
4. Parts photography and web shop updates
5. Parts sales, invoicing, and web shop payment maintenance
6. Receiving and stocktaking all incoming parts
7. Packing and dispatching parts
8. Allocating parts to the Workshop for factory builds
9. Costing parts for factory builds
10. Biannual stock takes
11. Material and parts supplier procurement and management
12. Updating parts and accounts software
13. Seeking continuous improvements in parts management efficiency

IT

1. Maintaining and updating the web shop, including new products
2. Implementing website changes and news updates
3. Providing general IT support, procurement, and system maintenance
4. Creating social media content with regular updates, including videos

General

1. Collaborating with the accounts department on parts and materials
2. Assisting in workshop tasks as needed (no specific skills required)
3. Handling vehicle and large parts deliveries and collections
