Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead a busy Parts Department for our engineering sector client in Chesterfield. This role requires a confident, proactive leader with strong operational knowledge and excellent communication skills.

You will manage a team of 4–6 staff, oversee stock control, ensure timely delivery of parts, handle quotations and invoicing, and drive parts sales growth while supporting continuous improvement and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00-16:30, Fri 8:00-15:30
