Responsibilities include:

1. Optimising sales of all Parts and Accessory products to Retail Customers, Sales Department customers, and workshop customers.
2. Meeting the needs of parts customers and increasing all aspects of the parts business through direct selling.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
4. Preparing invoices and explaining parts to customers.
5. Managing the Parts Team.
