Job summary

Volvo Trucks Leicester is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to join our team. You will deliver truck parts to customers and workshops across the local area, loading and securing parts for delivery while upholding a high standard of customer service.

This role operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. A full UK driving licence and reliable, punctual work ethic are essential to keep our customers moving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers, workshops and locations across the local area.
• Load, check and secure parts for delivery.
• Provide a friendly, professional service to customers.
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Support the parts team with general warehouse and parts duties.
• Ensure all deliveries are carried out safely and in line with procedures.

Monday to Friday 0800hrs to 1600hrs (1/2 hr unpaid lunch break)

Who are you?

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• A confident and responsible driver with a full UK driving licence
• Reliable, organised and punctual
• Customer-focused with a professional approach
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of handling vehicle parts and loading/unloading deliveries
• Ideally experienced in parts delivery, logistics, warehousing or the automotive/truck industry

What Will You Be Doing

You will play a vital role in keeping our customers and workshops moving by ensuring truck and vehicle parts are delivered safely, accurately and on time.

Your Day Will Include

• Delivering parts to customers, workshops and other locations across the local area
• Loading, checking and securing parts for delivery
• Providing a friendly, professional service to customers
• Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the parts team with general warehouse and parts duties when required
• Ensuring all deliveries are carried out safely and in line with company procedures
