Job summary

Evapco UK is seeking a proactive role focused on generating aftermarket bookings through sales of spare parts. You will respond to direct and buy/resale client requests for quotations, perform initial diagnosis, and prepare proposals, followed by order entry, purchasing, scheduling, and invoicing to close orders.

You will support Business Development Managers and Representatives, promote proprietary and non-proprietary parts, develop price lists and promotional tools, and maintain databases.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of cooling tower performance, operation, and applications; general mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and JobScope.

Responsibilities

• Respond to direct and buy/resale client requests for quotation of parts; provide initial diagnosis and response.
• Generate proposals as required.
• Execute order entry, purchasing, scheduling, and invoicing of orders.
• Support Business Development Managers and Representatives in quotation and execution; facilitate communications between BDMs, Representatives and Customers.
• Assist in promotion and marketing of proprietary and non-proprietary parts; develop/maintain price lists/manuals and promotional tools.
• Database development and follow-up.
• Development/maintenance of price lists/manuals.

Job description

Role Definition:

Generate Aftermarket bookings through sales of spare parts.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to direct and buy/resale client requests for quotation of proprietary and non-proprietary parts as follows:
