Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Motorstore in Nottingham. You don’t need prior parts experience; we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you manage stock, assist customers and keep workshops stocked.

The role is full-time, with Monday–Friday 8am–5:30pm and alternate Saturdays. You’ll join a friendly team, benefit from training and progression opportunities, and enjoy a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior parts experience required; full training provided.
• Experience in a retail environment helpful.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts required for vehicles.
• Order parts from internal and external sources.
• Pick and pack parts.
• Communicate with workshop and customers.
• Process invoices and stock records.
• Maintain stock accuracy.
• Provide quick, accurate service.
