Parts Supervisor & Advisor – Hampshire & Berkshire

My client, a main dealership based in Hampshire, seeks an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team and provide top-quality service to customers visiting the parts counter. Are you an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor or a Parts person looking for career progression?

Ideal candidates for this Parts Supervisor role must have previous dealership or supplier experience in an automotive parts department.

Our Parts Advisor role in this dealership involves:

  1. Optimising the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to Retail Customers, Sales Department customers, and workshop customers.
  2. Meeting the needs of parts customers and increasing all aspects of the parts business through direct selling.
  3. Ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
  4. Confirmation and explanation of all paperwork to customers.
  5. Invoice preparation and full explanation of the parts to the customer.
  6. Arranging collection times and methods of payment.
  7. Agreeing and arranging future contact appointments.

You must possess fluent IT skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to work both as part of a team and individually. You should also be able to converse confidently with customers over the telephone and face-to-face.
