Job description

We currently have an exciting position for a Parts Advisor at our DAF Trucks dealership in Sheffield. As a Parts Advisor, we offer:

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade, or related sector.
• Or experience in a Warehouse/Stores environment with a passion for trucks and knowledge of truck/car parts.
• A customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working unsupervised during night shifts.
• Full UK driving license.

Role and responsibilities include:

You will provide professional parts sales services to internal and external customers face-to-face, over the trade counter, via telephone, and online. You will efficiently replenish stocks in accordance with health and safety regulations, creating new locations as necessary. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Utilize all parts identification tools to ensure effective customer response. Maintain accurate records for all service exchange parts supplied or returned.

Working hours: 4 nights, 6pm – 6am.
