Job summary

Silcom Recruitment are seeking a qualified Parts Advisor for a specialist setup in Westbury, Wiltshire. Join a large, well-founded business of industry experts and build a rewarding career in a professional environment.

[Current motor trade service / parts experience preferred but not essential] This role focuses on customer service, parts ordering, invoicing, stock control and quotations. Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, with excellent bonuses.

Qualifications

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and greet customers in the parts department.
• Order, book parts, invoice and take payments.
• Manage parts stock and inventory.
• Provide quotations to clients in person or by phone.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Knowledge and experience of car parts and warehouse/stockroom sourcing.
• Automotive system experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers coming into the parts department.
• Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments.
• Managing parts stock and taking inventory.
• Providing quotations to clients both in person and over the phone.
