Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor in Dartford to join a fast-paced main dealer environment. You will handle high-volume parts queries, identify genuine OEM components using EPC, and supply parts to busy workshop teams to keep downtime low.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliable stock management, and opportunity for monthly commissions within a stable, multi-franchise operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an automotive parts role (main dealer experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-volume queries.
• Strong customer service mindset and accuracy in parts identification.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming parts enquiries via phone, online systems, and face-to-face trade counters.
• Use EPC to accurately identify, order, and stock genuine components.
• Supply workshop technicians with correct parts to minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory levels, stock checks, and goods-in/goods-out processes.
• Ensure clear communication with internal teams and external clients.

Are you an experienced automotive parts professional looking to join one of Dartford's most established multi-franchise operations? Based in our fast-paced main dealer environment, you'll manage high-volume parts queries, support our busy workshops, and drive your monthly earnings forward.

What is in it for you:

Salary: 30,000 + monthly commission scheme

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30; Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00 (on a 1-in-3 rota basis)

What you will be doing:

• Handling incoming parts enquiries efficiently via phone, online systems, and face-to-face trade counters
• Utilizing electronic parts catalogues (EPC) to accurately identify, order, and stock genuine manufacturer components
• Suppling our busy main dealer workshop technicians with correct parts to ensure high efficiency and minimal vehicle downtime
• Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and handling goods-in/goods-out processes
• Requirements: Proven experience in an automotive parts role (main dealer experience preferred) and excellent communication skills

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Dartford, making it an easy commute from Gravesend, Bexley, Swanley, and Sidcup.
