Vertu BMW York is growing its team and we have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join us!

We are offering a basic salary of £27,000 plus company benefits!

We have a great on-site team committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and offering a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts inquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements, utilize all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets, identify and maximize upsell opportunities to grow sales, and maintain your knowledge of new or updated parts through training and reading relevant information such as bulletins, catalogues, and special offers.

Ideally, you will have parts experience from a similar role within the motor industry. You should be ambitious and determined to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives daily.
