Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with at least a year's experience in Parts?

If so, you could be just who Waylands are looking for to join our growing Parts team at Waylands Volvo & MG, Newbury.

Waylands Automotive is a successful and expanding motor dealer group, with 11 sites across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Avon.

What’s the Role?

Working in our small, close-knit team, you will be responsible for providing quality service. Your duties will include selling parts and aftersales services, ensuring their successful delivery to our valued Volvo customers, liaising with the workshop to understand work in progress, updating customers, obtaining authorisation for additional work, and resolving queries to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm, with some Saturday mornings on a rota.
