Your Responsibilities:

1. Provide knowledgeable support to customers in-person, by phone, and via email.
2. Promote and sell parts and service solutions to meet customer needs.
3. Assist in preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
4. Support marketing campaigns and share ideas for future promotions.
5. Ensure accurate invoicing and efficient parts ordering processes.
6. Keep the parts inventory and storage areas tidy, organised, and well-maintained.
7. Assist in managing goods inwards and maintaining stock levels.
8. Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the brand positively.
9. Drive company vehicles as needed (valid driving licence required).

What we're looking for:

1. Strong communication and customer service skills.
2. Organised, with good attention to detail.
3. Basic IT and administration skills.
4. Knowledge of turf equipment or machinery (preferred, but not essential).
5. A positive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.
