Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + £3,300 bonus.

Location: Glasgow Volvo

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm

We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team at Glasgow Volvo, due to an internal promotion. This role involves building customer relationships, managing stock, and ensuring efficient order processing. You will work alongside experienced team members to provide excellent customer service and handle administrative duties accurately.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily parts department duties
• Completing vehicle health checks for workshops
• Managing stock location and control
• Receiving orders and processing returns
• Answering customer calls
• Providing excellent customer care

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
