You’ll support the Parts Manager, handle stock and queries from retail and workshop clients, and ensure accurate stock control and administration. A positive team environment and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Parts Manager with daily departmental responsibilities.
• Providing excellent customer service to retail and workshop clients.
• Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Reconciling and processing stock orders and returns efficiently.
• Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop.
• Ensuring all parts are correctly located, stocked, and logged.
• Logging stock discrepancies and liaising with the Parts Manager to resolve issues.
• Maintaining accurate administration records and updating the parts database.
• Supporting the smooth operation of the parts department to meet customer expectations.

We are recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor at a reputable car dealership in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-established dealership, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient department operations.

• Competitive basic salary of £32,500 per annum plus performance-based bonuses, with an OTE of approximately £38,500
• Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis
