Irizar UK Ltd is seeking a knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will support service and sales by providing expert parts advice, processing orders accurately, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include sourcing parts, advising on availability, managing inventory, and handling returns. The role requires strong parts knowledge, IT skills, and a proactive team player attitude. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within PSV, automotive, commercial vehicles, or machinery sector (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of parts, components, and technical specifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with IT and inventory management systems

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our service and sales teams by providing expert parts advice, ensuring accurate order processing, and delivering excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and product knowledge will help ensure our customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently.
