NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team in the UK. You will handle phone orders, upsell to boost invoice value, and help expand the local customer base for our LV parts division.

We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team.

As Parts Advisor you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation however your focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
