Job summary

Falkirk Football Club's Commercial Team is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow income from sponsorship, advertising, hospitality and club events.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, close sponsorship and advertising deals, coordinate hospitality packages, renewals and sponsor activations, and collaborate with media and supporter services on delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sponsorship, advertising, hospitality and events revenue.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert leads into agreements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline with clear records of potential sales, values, next steps and expected decision dates.
• Proactively generate leads by phone, email and in person; arrange meetings, prepare proposals and close sales.
• Sell across sponsorship, advertising inventory, hospitality packages, event tickets and sponsorships; renewals and upsells.
