Job Summary

The coordinator within the UK & EMEA Partnerships and Promotions team plays a critical role in supporting the Hammersmith-based team, as well as the key promotions teams across EMEA and the Global team in Burbank. The role involves managing multiple categories and upcoming movies and streaming releases for all Studios, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and 20th Century Studios.

This position requires a motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders. It offers exposure across most Lines of Businesses at TWDC and opportunities to collaborate with leading external brands on award-winning campaigns.

This is an office-based role, with 4 days at the Hammersmith, London office and 1 day working from home.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication with EMEA local market teams, including distributing materials, organizing calls, meetings, and updates.
  • Coordinate the implementation of UK & EMEA promotions under the guidance of EMEA managers.
  • Manage information on Studio releases, including guidelines, schedules, assets, financial reporting, budgets, case studies, prize packages, and pitch materials.
  • Oversee local and regional approval processes and new deal submissions via internal promotion systems (PAS).
  • Assist the promotions team with pitches to third parties, including creating pitch materials and attending meetings.
  • Support on commercial aspects of deal processes, such as affidavits, insurance, invoices, legal documents, and safety measures.
The Experience & Skills We Require:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in third-party partnerships or promotions.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with advanced skills preferred.
  • Highly organized with project and stakeholder management experience.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multinational commercial organizations.
  • Strong diplomatic and tactful communication skills both internally and externally.
