  • Proactively contact commissioners, placement teams, brokerage teams, ward managers and service leads to introduce our services and understand their current and future needs

  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand into new regions and service areas
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular contact, service reviews and a clear understanding of client satisfaction
  • Identify, monitor and support responses to tenders, frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems, working with internal teams to produce strong, compliant bids
  • Work closely with our compliance, recruitment and clinical teams to ensure that what we promise to clients can be safely and reliably delivered

  • Focused, goal oriented and comfortable working to KPIs and revenue targets
  • Organised, self motivated and able to manage a busy pipeline independently
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites and events
