Job Description

About Us

We work with some of the world’s most successful individuals and their families to help them solve complex problems and realize their goals beyond their core businesses. We act as the Chief of Staff for the non-business lives of our clients. We draw on our strategic thinking and execution experience, the full resources of our internal team, and our growing network of senior advisors, domain experts, and service providers to achieve excellent outcomes in diverse fields such as health, legacy, education, sustainability, security, family governance, art, philanthropy, and more.

The Role

As Partnerships and Network Manager, you will be the face of LSC, acting as a credible and inspiring ambassador for our business. You will lead the development and expansion of our expert network, ensuring it is a core strategic pillar of LSC.

This includes co-designing and implementing processes to identify, assess, and engage the right experts, and cultivating meaningful relationships with those who share our values and commitment to client outcomes. You will collaborate with client-facing partners to establish practice areas across our broad scope and work with our technology team to capture data and insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the public face of our business for existing and prospective experts.
  • Network development: Define, test, and iterate strategies to grow, evolve, and manage our expert network; engage existing experts to uncover potential new talent from their own networks; continuously expand the network by identifying and onboarding new professionals based on business needs.
  • Onboarding: Define and manage the onboarding process for new experts, ensuring smooth integration into the network by introducing them to company processes, expectations, and opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with experts across various practice areas, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with LSC.
  • Communication & Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all expert-related matters, maintaining consistent, clear, and professional communication. Respond to inquiries, address issues, and keep experts informed of opportunities, developments, and requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns raised by experts, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records of expert interactions, profiles, and activities. Use this data to refine outreach and retention strategies.
Why Join Us?
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and shape the firm’s network engagement strategy as the company grows.
  • In-Person Collaboration: Primarily based at our Mayfair (London) office 4-5 days/week, fostering close collaboration and effective communication.
  • Work-Life Balance: Respectful work culture with limited evening commitments and no regular international travel.
  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive package including base salary and performance-based bonus, rewarding growth and success.
