Job summary

Goodwood is seeking a Partnership Manager to join our Commercial Partnerships team. You'll own a portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring every activation, campaign, hospitality experience and event delivery exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership delivery, sponsorship fulfilment, account management, project management or events.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong planning and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience delivering marketing, sponsorship or event activations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with budgets, reporting and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing the planning and delivery of a portfolio of commercial partnerships.
• Coordinating sponsorship rights across events, hospitality, marketing, digital and content channels.
• Creating and maintaining detailed activation plans and project timelines.
• Acting as the day-to-day contact and coordinator between partners and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the successful onboarding of new partners.
• Managing event logistics and ensuring flawless on-site delivery of partner activations.
• Preparing partnership reports, rights trackers and performance summaries.
• Managing budgets, purchase orders and partnership administration.
