Job Overview:

As the Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing ThriveCart's partnership strategy to build relationships and drive revenue from partners. You will work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure that your area of activity is performing well.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of the ThriveCart Partnership Program to ensure a comprehensive portfolio of partners is offered to our customers.
  • Negotiate new partnerships with major brands and integration partners.
  • Elevate co-marketing efforts with existing integrations, ensuring they are measurable.
  • Deprioritize existing integrations that are not meaningful, and work with product and development teams to replace them with native functionality.
  • Establish relationship touchpoints with key customers to identify future integration opportunities.
  • Manage the negotiation process of agreements to ensure optimal outcomes for ThriveCart.
  • Build short-term (1-year) and medium-term (3-year) marketing plans to increase reach, leads, and revenue year over year from partners. Set clear reporting to analyze and track performance, and implement corrective plans when needed.

  • Strong relationship-building skills to engage and motivate partners.
  • Deep understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics.
  • Experience developing commission structures, promotional campaigns, and incentive programs.
  • Data-driven strategist with expertise in analyzing partnership performance and conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to envision medium- and long-term goals.
