Job summary

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking two Partnership Advisers to join the Connect to Work team. You will develop partnership networks, strengthen referral pathways and promote the programme across Gloucestershire.

The role focuses on collaboration with health, voluntary and community sectors, housing, education and local government to help residents overcome barriers to employment. Hybrid working arrangements are available, and the council emphasizes an inclusive, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Relationship builder with experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive partnerships across health services, local authorities, housing providers, education providers and community groups.
• Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to identify collaboration opportunities and strengthen referral pathways.
• Develop and communicate access to Connect to Work services, supporting forums and a county-wide partnership strategy.
• Work with colleagues to create innovative solutions that improve access to employment support for Gloucestershire residents.
• Balance a varied workload and work independently to deliver outcomes.
