Job summary

Oodle Car Finance in Manchester is seeking a Third-Party Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of funded loans, coordinating with third-party partners and internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.

The role acts as a liaison between onshore and offshore partners, providing guidance on operational tasks and supporting governance and continuous improvement across supplier services.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, motor finance or a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines within policy and procedure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for third-party partners and manage inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on products, services and processes.
• Resolve supplier queries within SLA and escalate complex issues.
• Manage queues and tasks in Salesforce, CRA disputes and other processes.
• Identify risks and issues and raise them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure correct account management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
