Partner Relationship Executive (14 month FTC)

As part of the Retail Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with broker accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and sales support, ensuring that business activities adhere to set parameters while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Manage sales and relationship administration tasks.
  3. Utilize the APEX Territory Portfolio system effectively.
  4. Use all business systems to required standards.
  5. Complete the broker onboarding process.
  6. Assist the Broker Relationship Manager in onboarding and review underwriting challenges.
  7. Coordinate with operations to ensure timely payout of new business.
  8. Act as the primary contact for assigned relationships.
  9. Support sales workflow management.
  10. Handle dealer partnership information requests.
Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with structured processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Teamwork skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proven ability in broker account business development.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Knowledge of compliance, data protection, AML, and credit regulations.
