Qualifications

• Ability to develop market maps and prioritised target lists for proactive talent identification.

Responsibilities

• Aiding in the development of market maps and prioritised target lists for proactive talent identification.
• Producing reports for stakeholders within and outside of the Department regarding activity levels and trends in partner hiring, onboarding, and integration.
• Assisting with organisation and maintenance of departmental data on lateral partner and counsel candidates, ensuring data privacy compliance.
• Leveraging firm resources to respond to external data requests for partner and counsel hiring, onboarding, and integration.
• Ensuring high-quality, accurate, complete and globally consistent research reports, market analyses, and related information.
