Qualifikationen

• Experience in a professional services setting, preferably in competitive intelligence, research, or data analysis.
• Exemplary written communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong organisational skills to manage time, prioritise and meet multiple deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Aiding in development of market maps and prioritised target lists for proactive talent identification.
• Producing reports for stakeholders regarding activity levels and trends in partner and counsel recruiting, onboarding and integration.
• Maintaining departmental data related to lateral partner and counsel candidates with high data hygiene in line with privacy policies.
• Responding to external data requests related to partner hiring, onboarding and integration.
• Ensuring high quality, accuracy and global consistency in research reports, market and competitor analyses.
