Latham & Watkins LLP in London is seeking a Partner Recruiting Manager to lead lateral partner and counsel recruitment within the firm’s global Partner Recruiting & Integration team. Based in London, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders to identify, attract and onboard top candidates aligning with strategic priorities.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with some in-office presence and a generous compensation package reflecting the senior level, with a focus on candidate experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partner Recruiting & Integration on proactive candidate searches and related activities.
• Coordinate with the Executive Committee, Income Partner and Counsel Committee, leadership, and administration; provide updates on processes and hiring matters.
• Apply best-practice approaches to projects and ensure the interests of the firm and candidates are paramount.
• Process all applications and introductions of partner candidates, ensuring materials are distributed promptly to involved colleagues.
